Don't wait to apply with Robert Half if you think you're a good fit!How you will make an impact- Reconcile discrepancies by examining possible sources of disagreement, recreating likely actions, and identifying the effect on other accounts; prepare correction documents as needed- Manually or electronically post financial information- Classify documents with the proper expenditure codes and accounting codes- Assist with general accounting tasks, including G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing, and other ad hoc projects- Prepare statements and reports that require utilization of a variety of sources- Handle accounts payable tasks: vendor invoices and disbursement filing, A/P invoice matching & filing- Process daily invoices/credit, apply cash receipts, and help with collection of past due balances to support Accounts Receivable- Carry out additional related duties and help with special projects on an as-needed basis
